So after a very down day yesterday due to putting on a kg I am feeling in a better spirit today still not the best but better but any improvement is a good improvement right??
Of course I didn't expect to loose any weight because come on really I haven't done the right things but a kg kinda depressing and although usually I would drown my sorrows in chocolate and booze I didn't I suffered quietly ha!
Yesterday I still didnt do too well on the exercise and eating front but it was a huge improvement from the 3 weeks before that so I am going to take that as a win :)
I went out and purchased a diary (big step for me seeing I am a technology junkie haha)Will make it easy to jot notes down compared to my iPad but most importantly will be great for scheduling in my exercise plan, study, work commitments and food prep times which I have now done for the whole of next week and feel very proud of myself yay!!!
Tonight's jobs are
1- Buy shoes because City to Bay is Sunday and my sneakers hurt my feet,12k walk in horrible shoes not a good idea...eeeeekkkk
2 - Write up the shopping list for my food plan and place order with coles and butcher for delivery Saturday.
3 - Do my toning DvD
4 - After dinner premake dinner for tomorrow so I wont make up an excuse of having no time thats right already planning ahead only took me 3 weeks LOL :)
Phewwwww what a busy night ahead when I dont get home till past 7pm oh well no rest for the wicked haha.
